Council is very pleased to announce that Mr Shaun Hardy has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer. Shaun brings many years of experience in both Federal and Territory government, including local government experience, and was closely involved with the establishment of Council in 2014.

The Council looks forward to working with Shaun in continuing to build a positive future for the region.

Shaun commented "I am very happy to be taking on this key leadership role at the West Daly Regional Council.

There are a number of exciting challenges and opportunities ahead, which I look forward to working on with all of the team at West Daly. The West Daly Council is passionate about the delivery of quality services, building capacity, and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally, and I share that passion in working with Council, staff, stakeholders and communities to deliver great outcomes for the West Daly region".

Shaun will commence his role in early June.
