A council must, on or before 15 November in each year, report to the Minister on its work during the financial year ending the preceding 30 June.

The Annual Report looks at what we have achieved and provides a copy of the audited financial statement, assessment of the council's performance against objectives, shared services, delegations, local authority and any other information the Minister requires.
