The West Daly Regional Council is a local government entity governed by several laws, primarily the Local Government Act 2019, along with its regulations and guidelines. Council also operates under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Fair Work Act 2009.



By adhering to these laws, Council ensures legal and ethical compliance, demonstrates strong corporate responsibility, and delivers services efficiently to our communities.
