_{Purchase of Prime Mover}

West Daly Regional Council is now out for public quotations for the purchase of a Prime Mover, effective from Tuesday, 5 November 2025.

All responses must be submitted via email at CEO@westdaly.nt.gov.au by 4:00 pm, Wednesday, 12 November 2025.

Council will give fair and equitable consideration to all prospective suppliers wishing to do business with Council. To assess best value, all price and non-price factors that are significant to the specific procurement activity need to be considered.

These may include but are not limited to the following:

• Availablity (before the wet season commences)
• Price
• Performance
• Quality
• Timeliness
• Compliance; and
• Local Factors

Within the quotations process, it is Council’s preference to assess best value through a weighted scored assessment criteria. 

Council is committed to Transparency and a notice of the successful quotation will be published on the council's website.
