Formed in 2008, CouncilBIZ is a Local Government Subsidiary providing IT and other
essential business-based services to Councils across the Northern Territory. We have an
uncompromised focus on working collaboratively with all member Councils to inspire and
enable members and customers through creativity, innovation and enterprise.
As Chief Executive, you will inform the strategic direction and operational framework to
help us deliver on our long term vision, while also playing a pivotal role in improving and
transforming the business model to ensure we always exceed customer expectations and
needs. Your portfolio will cover all essential corporate touchpoints including HR, Public
Relations, Financial Management, Service Delivery, Organisational Reporting and Asset
Management.

You will have an exceptional track record in leading and managing organisations with an
emphasis on sustained growth, continuous improvement, effective stakeholder
engagement and innovative change management. You have an in-depth understanding
and appreciation of the critical role played by ICT within contemporary workplace
environments, and as a inspiring, natural leader you embrace collaboration and shared
outcomes.
