During a recent OrWest Daly Regional Council was pleased to welcome the Hon. Steve Edgington MLA, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Community Development, during his recent visit to Wadeye.

The visit provided an important opportunity for Council, community leaders, Traditional Owners, and stakeholders to discuss key priorities for the region, including housing, roads, community infrastructure, and future development opportunities. During his time in Wadeye, Minister Edgington met with local organisations and community representatives, gaining valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the region. Discussions focused on strengthening services, supporting community growth, and ensuring future investments continue to meet local needs.
