Recognising Community Pride and Achivement

West Daly Regional Council’s Service Delivery Team was proudly recognised at the 2025 Tidy Towns Awards for their ongoing efforts to keep communities clean, tidy and liveable.

A special congratulations goes to the Nganmarriyanga crew, who received multiple awards for their commitment throughout the year. Their efforts, along with teams across the region, reflect the pride communities take in caring for shared spaces.

  • Community Action Wellbeing Winner – Nganmarriyanga
  • Best Homeland – Uminyuluk
  • Gary Swanson Cup – West Daly Regional Council
  • Best Medium Community – Nganmarriyanga
  • Litter Prevention Winner – Nganmarriyanga
